Registration
Registration is required for all congress participants. Confirmations will be sent to all participants by INTERPLAN AG upon receipt of registration and payment. Payment by bank transfer can only be accepted until April 18th, 2008. After that date participants are requested to settle their payments directly at the registration desk in the Congress Center.
Pre-registration is possible until April 18th, 2008. Participants who want to register after that date are requested to register directly on-site, for the valid on-site registration fee indicated below.

Confirmation

Cancellation policy of registration
All cancellations and changes of registration have to be made in written to INTERPLAN AG.
Free cancellation of registration is possible until February 29, 2008. All refunds will be processed after the ECE 2008 Congress. Please forward your bank details to INTERPLAN AG.
Economic package
The deadline for application has expired!

The Economic package is available to delegates who fulfil both of the following criteria:

They are non-clinically qualified research students or postdoctoral fellows, nurses who have no access to funding or retired.
Please download and complete the registration form from the Website. Attach a signed confirmation by the head of your department or lab confirming that you are in training and under the age of 35 and send back to INTERPLAN AG, Albert-Rosshaupter-Strasse 65, D-81369 München or Fax to +49 89 54 82 34 44.

Group registration
If you want to make a group registration we kindly ask you to create an excel file including all participant's data and services you would like to book so that we can import the data quickly.

In order to profit from the early bird fee until Feb. 15 th you can also just tell us how many conference tickets of what type (ESE Member, Non-member, student, etc.) you want to book. Names and above mentioned data then have to be delivered 4 weeks prior to the Congress at the latest (April 1, 2008). Please let us know if you need an invoice. Payment has to be effected until Feb. 15 th .
