The German Society of Endocrinology (DGE) has contracted INTERPLAN AG to handle the housing for the 10th European Congress of Endocrinology. INTERPLAN AG has blocked hotel rooms in different hotel categories and within easy reach of the congress venue, please find below a list of all offered hotels:

Hotel bookings can be made via online registration or via the enclosed hotel booking form. Rooms will be allocated on a „first come, first served“ basis according to availability.
Hotel bookings need to be guaranteed either by a first night deposit or by indicating your credit card. The deposit amount has to be paid to the below mentioned account until February 1, 2008 and will be deducted from your hotel bill on-site. In case of guarantee by credit card no deposit will be charged. INTERPLAN AG is entitled to forward the credit card information to the hotel. The hotel/INTERPLAN AG has the right to charge the credit card in case of no show or cancellation.
If your first hotel choice has been fully booked already, INTERPLAN AG keeps the right to accommodate you in another hotel.
Deadline for room reservations is February 29, 2008. Room reservations after this deadline can only be made on request upon availability.
Cancellations policy: Cancellations have to be communicated in written to INTERPLAN AG.
The following hotels can be cancelled free of charge until February 1, 2008: Grand Hotel Esplanade, Hilton Berlin, Hotel Palace, Radisson SAS, Steigenberger, The Regent, Hotel Berlin Berlin, Crowne Plaza City Centre, Sofitel Schweizerhof, Hecker’s, Maritim proArte, NH Berlin-Mitte, NH Berlin-Alexanderplatz, NH Kurfürstendamm, Ibis Messe.
The following hotels can be cancelled free of charge until February 29, 2008: Bleibtreu, Ku’Damm 101, Park Inn Alexanderplatz.
The following hotels can be cancelled free of charge until March 10, 2008: InterContinental, Kempinski Bristol, Schlosshotel Grunewald, Alsterhof, Kronprinz, Hotel Savoy, Berlin Plaza, Sylter Hof.
In case of cancellation after these three deadlines INTERPLAN AG/the hotel is legally entitled to charge the entire stay as was booked by the client. All costs arising due to cancellations or changes in booking or no shows shall be borne by the participant and can be charged to the credit card.
